    Simply stated, we design, implement and support Information Technology solutions for our clients, serving as their trusted advisor and IT partner. While many IT product and service vendors use the term "solution" to refer to their particular offering, we believe that an IT solution is created by applying information technology tools to achieve a business objective.

    We work with our clients the way that works best for you. For our clients with their own IT staff, we work with your IT staff to provide supplemental support. For clients with no internal IT staff, we become your IT department, performing all functions that an in-house IT department would provide.

We define "managed services" as any service we provide on an ongoing basis for a monthly subscription fee. While some of our managed service offerings are a good fit for clients with their own internal IT staff, others are more appropriate for clients with no internal IT staff. Let us become your IT department.

Our Managed Service offerings include:

  • Proactive monitoring and alerting

    The on ramp to Premier One's managed services suite is our monitoring and alerting solution. Our remote monitoring and alerting software pro-actively monitors your network 24x7, generating automated alerts for conditions requiring attention before they affect your business. Alerts can be sent to your IT staff, Premier One's network operations staff, or both. Administration and support of monitored devices will be performed by Premier One with your approval on a time and materials basis. Better still, we can bundle administration and support as part of a fixed cost IT services subscription.

  • Remote and on-site administration and support

    For organizations without fulltime internal IT staff, we become your IT department. We do everything for you that an internal IT department would do for a larger organization, but without the fulltime cost. It starts with our remote support software on your servers and workstations. This alerts us to conditions requring attention before they become problems. And with our remote support software on your desktops and laptops, help is only a mouse click away, allowing us to provide support right when you need it.

    While we are able to provide the vast majority of support and administration by using our remote support tools, there are times when it's necessary to provide direct hands-on support. The good news is that on-site support is included, too! And it's all included in a fixed-cost monthly subscription. So it fits your budget with no surprises.
